More than 200 Roseville citizens activated during a neighborhood meeting at St. John’s Episcopal Church.
More than 200 people showed up to affirm their objections to a proposed project that contemplated an industrial park adjacent to residential neighborhoods and lands protected by conservation easement.
The Phillip Road Site (aka Reason Farms Panhandle with APN 017-101-008-000) is that rectangular parcel of land that the City agreed to sell to private industrial developer Panatonni Development Corporation (Panatonni).
City Councilmembers were strongly encouraged to quash the proposal for an industrial park and to terminate the option contract between the City and Panatonni.
The groundswell of civic opposition is continuing.
