The City of Roseville (City) owns the property described on the attached page. This property have been declared surplus property by the City and the City is preparing to sell it. This letter is provided to your agency as it is listed as one of the public agencies identified in Government Code section 54222 to whom notice and an offer to sell or lease surplus property must be provided. Pursuant to §54222(c), your agency may offer to purchase or lease the property for the purpose of school facilities construction or use for open-space purposes.
While the statute provides any agency receiving notice of an offer to sell or lease property with up to sixty (60) days to respond, if you have no interest then the City requests that you notify us at your earliest opportunity. Should you wish to make an offer to purchase or lease this property per §54222(c), then please notify Troy Holt at [email protected]. us or (916) 7 46-1173 in order to commence the negotiations related to sale or lease terms.
